Anyone can poke a hole through a clog. The Heroes difference is finding out why it clogged: a belly in the line, tree roots at a joint, grease that needs hydro jetting, or a pipe that's genuinely failing. Repeat backups in the same spot are a message from your plumbing — a quick camera inspection reads it, and if roots are the culprit, our root invasion service deals with them properly.
A word about chemical drain cleaners
Skip them. They rarely clear a real blockage, they eat older pipes, and they sit in the standing water our techs then have to work in. A kettle of hot water and a plunger are fair game — beyond that, the safest and usually cheapest move is one phone call.
