The usual story: the tank is somewhere between 8 and 15 years old, it's been quietly filling with sediment, and one morning the shower just… doesn't. Repairs we do on the spot
- No hot water — pilot lights, thermocouples, gas valves, elements and thermostats on electric tanks
- Not enough hot water — sediment flushes, dip tubes, undersized-tank diagnosis
- Water too hot / fluctuating — thermostat and mixing valve fixes
- Leaks from fittings and valves — supply connections, drain valves, temperature and pressure relief valves
- Rumbling and popping sounds — that's sediment boiling; a flush usually quiets it
The one leak that can't be fixed
Water seeping from the tank body itself means the inner tank has rusted through. No part fixes that — it's replacement, and sooner is better, because a weeping tank's next act is letting go entirely (usually onto a finished floor, usually on a weekend). We stock common sizes and can typically have a new tank installed the same day.
Right-sized, honestly
