The cheapest visit we make
Every 2 a.m. flood we've ever pumped out started life as a small, cheap, boring problem: a corroded valve, a bulging supply hose, a water heater quietly rusting from the inside. Plumbing maintenance is how you meet those problems on your schedule — with a coffee in hand — instead of theirs.
What a maintenance visit covers
- Every shut-off valve tested — including the main, which seizes exactly when you need it most
- Supply lines and hoses — washing machine and dishwasher hoses are the #1 quiet flooders
- Toilets and faucets checked for slow leaks, running and wobble
- Water heater condition — age, anode, signs of tank corrosion, temperature and pressure relief
- Sump pump test and pit check
- Visible drain runs inspected, plus water pressure measured at the fixture
You get a plain-language rundown at the end: what's healthy, what's worth watching, and what genuinely needs attention — with prices, so nothing is a surprise later.
How often?
Once a year suits most homes. Go twice a year if your house is over 40 years old, you've had leaks or backups before, or you're in a mature-tree neighbourhood where roots find old drains — common across Toronto and Whitby's older streets.
Honest by design
A maintenance visit is not a sales visit. Our techs are paid to check your plumbing, not to find problems that aren't there. If everything's healthy, that's exactly what the report says — and we'll see you next year.
