When water won't wait, neither do we
A plumbing emergency doesn't check the clock. A pipe lets go behind the laundry room wall at midnight, the sewer backs up on a holiday Monday, or you turn the main tap and nothing comes out at all. Whatever it is, the first move is the same: call 647-492-7575. A real person answers — day, night, weekend — and a licensed hero heads your way, usually within the hour anywhere in Toronto, Ajax, Whitby or Uxbridge.
What counts as an emergency
- Burst or split pipes — including frozen pipes that have let go
- Sewage backing up into tubs, showers or floor drains
- No water anywhere in the house
- A water heater leaking from the tank body
- Flooding from a failed sump pump, appliance line or fixture
Not sure whether yours can wait until morning? Call anyway. We'll tell you honestly — and if it can wait, we'll book you a regular visit and save you the emergency trip.
What to do before we arrive
Find your main shut-off valve — usually a lever or wheel near the water meter, at the front wall of the basement — and turn it off. Open the lowest tap in the house to relieve pressure. If the water is anywhere near electrical outlets or your panel, stay clear and tell us when you call. We'll walk you through all of it on the phone if you're not sure.
Fixed properly, not just patched
Emergency work is still guaranteed work. We stop the immediate damage, then give you an upfront price for the proper repair before we start — the same honest quote you'd get on a Tuesday afternoon. And if the water has already done damage, our restorations team can put your home back the way it was.
