Design with real numbers
The best time to talk to a plumber is before the design is final. Some layout moves are nearly free; others (moving a stack, breaking a slab) deserve a line item you should know about early. Bring us your sketch and we'll tell you which is which — it's the cheapest hour of the whole renovation.
